Shipping Policy

We ship local Hong Kong orders through SF Express. Your package will be delivered via the most suitable carrier directly to residential or commercial addresses (we do NOT deliver to P.O. boxes).

All packages will be delivered once only. Please ensure that someone is available at the shipping address and that you enter the correct contact number during checkout. For residential addresses, the courier may call you prior to delivery.

If a second delivery attempt is required, a shipping fee based on the local courier rate (plus any remote area surcharge, if applicable) will be charged. In addition, if you have a request for a specific delivery arrangement (e.g. delivery time), you may contact us at +852 9865 6217 or send an email to info@timeforteahk.com. Please note that while we will do our best to accommodate such requests, we cannot guarantee how the courier will fulfil them.

We usually dispatch orders within 2–3 business days. Please note that we do not deliver on weekends.
